Not able to install plugins at all

I have a macbook pro. I have downloaded Musescore 3.6.2 and have downloaded the xen tuner plugins. I have opened the xen-tuner file and have moved them to the folder, Documents/Musescore3/Plugins. I have confirmed that they are there. They have the .gml file type. I have opened Musescore and gone to Plugins/plugin manager but I am not seeing the xen-tuner plugins so that I can activate them.

The plugins folder location should match the path specified in your Preferences:

...which can be different depending on your setup.

Also, you should be copying the entire project's folder to the location, not just the .qml files, including the outermost folder musescore-xen-tuner/:

Same issue here, except I ran the plugin and I can't see the docked panel. So I start it, and nothing happens. I restarted the program with no luck.
Any help would be greatly appreaciated!

I was never able to get it to work. I had installed muse-score with the purpose of using this plug-in so, I no longer use muse-score. I purchased Dorico Pro so that I could write xenharmonic/microtonal music. Not a cheap solution but effective.

@adrianvalia, the logs you provided were for the MS4 version of the plugin (which is currently still not working since there's still no docked plugins support on ms 4).
