Material for the CORES Spring 2022 technical tools for open science talk series.

This is an introduction to using version control with git and GitHub. No prior experience with version control is assumed, though users will benefit from a general familiarity with the command line.

The material is based on related the Software Carpentry lesson and the work of Aleksandra Pawlik.
