Description
Creates a collapsible panel.
I unfortunately struggled with using existing components for this, as most of the "sidebar", "drawers" and "sheets" out there works more like an overlay than our panel.
I'd be happy to switch it out to something that is more battle/browser-tested if required, but otherwise this seems to do the trick so far :)
