Adds basic layout

Description

I wanted to set up some very basic layout to make it easier working on things, but not sure if it's actually that useful 😄
While doing this, I also tried out Radix for the header menu - it's doable, but probably not worth it for something like that.

Two nice tools I found while working on this:

• https://tailwind-converter.netlify.app/ - convert css to tailwind classes. Really nice for easily converting from old styles to new (although we should not necessarily copy-paste the existing styling approach)
• https://tailwindcss-radix.vercel.app/ - someone styled a lot of RadixUI components with TailwindCSS. It's a nice starting point and useful for seeing how it can be used in an actual context (the RadixUI code samples in their docs are very bloated due to fancy animations and a lot of additional styling).
• https://react-typescript-cheatsheet.netlify.app/ - and a third thing which is also helpful
