Mounts cache if we know the yarn cache location based on image used.
I'm unsure if enabling it for all "yarn" commands is too drastic, or if we should instead have an optional key in
BUILD.yamlfiles for enabling it?Also note, that my Python is pretty rusty - so any suggestions for improvements are very welcome ;)
