Provided configurable Markdown Preview Window Auto Refresh feature. User can enable or disable this feature in Settings.
When this feature is enabled, Markdown Preview Window will setup a timer to monitor OneNote page content, and will refresh the preview if page content is modified or page switched.

Provided F5 refresh Preview Window feature. In Markdown Preview Window, press F5 to refresh preview with latest OneNote page content.
