This is to add GRIB2 EERIE (European Eddy RIch Earth System Models) metadata support.
The agreed class ed has been added.
I have ported over the keys used in the DestinE ClimateDT local section:
I have removed the domain key.
This is bundled in a local section template (local.98.43.def) as it only adds MARS keys for archiving.
A corresponding test has been added.
