Fix mosquitto_pub -l hang when stdin stream ends. Closes #1448.

Since 1.6.3 'mosquitto_pub -l' frequently hangs after end of stdin.
This fix allows to run disconnection part of code before leaving loop, so clean mqtt end of session is possible.
Fixes #1448.
