Revert "logic, gui: remove relative translation disable axis"

This reverts commit 9fb8b48.

spline-widget: fix rounding bug introduced in a3b890b

Since we're already adding snap_x/2, truncation is the correct
choice here.

tracker/rift-{025,042,080}: fix gimbal lock

It was tested only on 080 but the API is almost the same on 042
and 025.
