Managing Download folder and Document Folder

To work with the module use "import Organizing_files"

Run exec.py to organize Download and Document Folder

Uncomment runOnce() and comment runInfinte() to run the program once only.

Log of all moved data are stored in Documents/Managing-Download-Folder-Log/log.csv file

In linux, Run exec.py once. It will create a desktop shortcut.
