Fire an events if page loaded with hash string #37

Problem: if page loaded with hash '#modal', we can see modal window, but 'cssmodal:show' event not triggered. As a consequence, we have problem with display content in modal window.

Thank you so much @realmyst for checking this out. The PR is merged.
I've had to update the addEventListener polyfill in 465daea in order to get the listeners working in IE 8. Hope this is everything. Guess we will get reports with the next version if otherwise. :)
