预期行为

应该命名为“sheet3” 命名为“sheet N” N=过往sheet总数+1 若用户手动修改抢占了顺序 往后顺延+1 eg. 新tab应该命名为”sheet8“，但用户手动把前面的sheet7改为sheet8，下一个应该是sheet9

实际行为

仍旧“sheet2”
