Here is a first attempt at adding support for --show-inputs and --show-outputs. I'm not exactly sure of how the best way to format the output of inputs/outputs would be. Here is an example output of this current PR. https://gist.github.com/gamerson/6007eece296d17596eb6ba690e7ba70f
