This version adds some convenience features. portprog now creates batch files to set up your environment. This setup attempts to set your PATH variable and some library paths like PERL5LIB. After running (or sourcing) the environment script, portprog should Just Work.

The main new feature is automatic cpan installations, most of which don't work because very few perl programs work on windows without some tweaking.

Downloads golang, 7zip, cmake, gcc and all the other things I need to compile and link my go programs. Also downloads the SDL source, and a text editor.
