Currently, there is no easy way to pop to the root view in a NavigationView. After logging out, it is recommended that you close the app and reopen. Also, there is no easy way to automatically scroll to the bottom of the list when a new message is received since SwiftUI is still in beta. That's why there is a "bottom" button in the navigation bar which serves as a not very elegant alternative.
