This PR covers the rewrite of the developer meetup page on the developer portal. It also contains the swapping of the webinar page to the meetup page as the main "events" page as it happens more frequently.
And for dynamic purposes, an auto-generated "next date" so we don't have to manually update it, but added a big notice to make sure people will doublecheck this date.
