Switches out the
text-formatdependency in favor offormatting, in a similar fashion to dhall-lang/dhall-haskell#330I've also reorganized the derivations for
prettyprinter,dhall, andformattinginto anixsubdirectory, seeing as that's how they're set up in dhall-haskell as well.
