SpatioTempFishProduction

Estimation of spatial and temporal variability of lake fish biomass and production

Description

SpatioTempFishProduction is a collection of scripts for computing fish biomass and production from long-term fishery-independent and -dependent monitoring survey data in Wisconsin lakes (as described in Rypel et al. 2018).
