Notes from updating to version 1.3.2:

  • Adds a check to ensure that SSTC is not missing (pi.py, line 446). If it is missing, a missing PI (and associated variables) are returned
  • Notebooks and run_sample.py have been updated with the new pi.py script. Note that this does not appreciably change the sample analyses (for the paper), because they already disregarded missing SSTs before PI calculations
  • Runtimes are now about 12.98 seconds per 100k runs
  • setup.py updated to reflect new version
