Develop; rudimentary graphing (not polished).
Added max/min interval information to tabulated data summary.
Develop; interval graphing now working (not polished).
Both graphs are now scaling properly.
Develop; SVG graphs complete in our current dataview.
Halflife extrapolation is now complete for lipid insoluble metabolites.
Support for administration records being saved on a per-user basis is now implemented. Views based on this data have been similarly updated. There are still bugs in various views that work on this data, but the record keeping and data saved are correct and not related to the bugs encountered.
Per-substance dosage units are now selectable and applied to all relevant areas save one dynamic form label that needs to be completed in recadm.
Converted redundant templates into a fragmented template system, reducing redundancy, improving ease of future design, and improving maintainability.

Just fixed some pydoc.
Two cases for divide by zero errors were fixed in the dataview.
Fixed duration scale on the 2nd dataview graph. See, however, a new bug found in issue #76.
Got pagination working in the administrations index view. Another bug fixed, as well (#74), but I don't remember what it was.
