Functionality stolen from https://github.com/adrienthebo/vagrant-hosts
Changed the way the hosts file is managed on the host to allow multiple vagrant environments. Allow disabling the hostmanager per machine. Update all hosts files when a machine is brought down (possibly not necessary but I don't use vagrant enough yet to know)

I can see some undesirable things in here. I'll continue working and resubmit when I've resolved them. |
