Add example to readme demonstrating host-manager usage with dynamic IPs #133

Adds an example to the readme which demonstrates how a dynamic IP can be used on a vagrant box, and the IP can be retrieved and assigned to a domain using host-manager.

Not 100% on the verbiage or example code, but I think the idea is solid and should be in the readme, in some form.

Explains a common usage of using DHCP'd ips with host-manager to assign them to hostnames on the host and guest machines.

+1 this works for me, although it might be better integrated into the plugin, rather than having to add it to your Vagrantfile for each project.

I don't want to start specifying ip addresses for my VMs because we have many projects on the go, people work on more than one project, and might have more than one VM running, and I don't want IPs to clash. This lets me not worry about that.

This is not best practice.
