Docker

Using with basic auth -> set the following -e env vars at the container runtime.

docker run -p <EXT_PORT>:80 --rm -d -e AUTH_USER="<USERNAME>" -e AUTH_PW="<PASSWORD>" -e AUTH="on" <IMAGE>:<TAG>
