jjsh - Simple shell to execute commands

Creating a shell with python built-in scripts

get.py - A script to get the full contents of your current directory (excluding sub folders) or one file at a time

help.py - A help menu for python built-ins to jjsh

ipconfig.py - An output of ifconfig -a plus (Gateway IP, Gateway Interface, and DNS Server)

pwd.py - Prints present working directory

rprompt.py/uprompt.py - Prints root shell or unprivileged shell
