The OpenGP F1 API is a robust and comprehensive RESTful API designed to provide detailed information on Formula 1 racing. Developed by OpenGP, this API is intended for developers who need access to a wealth of data regarding drivers, teams, races, and season statistics. Our goal is to facilitate seamless integration into applications that work with Formula 1 data.
The OpenGP F1 API will offer the following features:
- Driver Information: Access detailed data about Formula 1 drivers, including names, nationalities, and performance statistics.
- Team Data: Retrieve information about Formula 1 teams, their drivers, and their performance metrics.
- Race Reports: Get comprehensive data for individual races, including results, track details, and more.
- Season Summaries: Obtain overviews and statistics for each season, such as point standings and race placements.
The API is currently under development. Installation and configuration instructions will be provided once the API is ready for release. Please keep an eye on this repository for updates.
Access to the API will be provided through HTTP requests. Details on API endpoints, authentication methods, and data formats will be outlined in the documentation, which will be made available upon launch.
