suggestion: plugins directory

Due to recent and ongoing developments in plugin functionality, plugins may become a key selling point for Fresh. It'd be great to have a directory that advertises plugin modules, like this and this.

Arguably, such a directory would overlap with the integration and showcase sections of the docs, but I think it deserves its own section.
