The command line length is limited in windows, so...

Seems that in Linux/unices the command length is limited as well, perhaps add some logic to resolve on Linux as well?

Linux seems to have looser restrictions than Windows. If it can run on Windows, it will definitely work on Linux.

In fact, this is only a temporary patch, I think these codes can be removed after deno_lint landed.
