Describe the bug

The CacheChecker Component internally creates Document Store filters that are in turn passed to the filter_documents method.

The filters syntax used is the old legacy one, that must be updated to use the new syntax.

Additional context

This has been discovered with deepset-ai/haystack-core-integrations#810
