Redeploy Haystack Home when tutorials are changed #45

This workflow will trigger a deploy of Haystack Home prod at every merge on main. Haystack Home build script will fetch the updated tutorials and update the website contents.

Blocked on deepset-ai/haystack-home#25

Nice!
The only thing left, which we could do later, is to have branches with preview links while a PR is ongoing correct?
