Bugfix for 0.8.0

These correspond to the CRAN packages AdhereR v.0.8.0 and AdhereRViz v.0.2.1

Small bug fixes

• the most important is a refactoring of the interactive Shiny App so that it can be also launched from outside the package

Several bug fixes + self-contained Shiny User Interface App for loading data, plotting it and exporting the results

Initial release of the AdhereR package described in the paper:
