The FMPBC (Frequency Modulation Power Base Converter) allows Sega Master System games to be played on Sega Genesis / Megadrive. It also adds YM2413 support to Sega Master System games which support it.

You will need Quartus 13.0.1 SP1 to synthesize this VHDL.
