Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Suppose the user tries to start Daytona while another instance is already started (or another process is taking the server ports). In that case, the startup process will exit without notifying the user about the problem.
Describe the solution you'd like
The user should be notified about the problem before the startup process exits.
