For users:

pip install sky130

For developers:

git clone https://github.com/gdsfactory/skywater130.git
cd skywater130
make install

Then you need to restart Klayout to make sure the new technology installed appears.

• add layout
• link spice models
• add sample netlist and circuit simulation
