Change the
customBoogie.patchfile so it expects Boogie in the root of the Dafny repository folder, instead of adjacent to the Dafny repository folder. This makes it simpler to reference to a Boogie submodule, which makes it easier to run the Dafny build server against a custom version of Boogie.If you still want to let Dafny point to a Boogie folder that's outside of the Dafny repository, then you can use a symlink.
