That looks good to me. A suggestion for the wording, is to change the actual question to "What type of demodulator are you using?" - because that will "hopefully" make people think a bit more before answering :)

I dissagree, even if some are if bad quality, not all are, gotchas is that some works best with 5V, others with 3.3V.
Also, the ESP32 can handle 5V ok as long as the current isn't to high, so serial resistor can be used. Nothing to recommend, but might be used as a last resort test.
