We need to add each of the new ValueSets to the terminology.xml page of the IG. Also, the new 'non-synthetic-opioid-medications' ValueSet needs to be incorporated into OpioidCDSCommon where the placeholder ('non-synthetic opioids') was being used and the name of that variable updated to match the name of this new ValueSet ("Non-synethetic opioid medications" instead of "Non-synthetic opioid drugs"). We should probably update the test requests to ensure that we're exercising this code path using one of the codes from this ValueSet.
