Backspace and Delete keystroke #821

One of my online content team members pointed out that she want to used the delete key on her keyboard to merge to paragraph blocks together and that is not working. The backspace is working fine but the delete key not. I included a gif to demonstrate

Added handling for delete key

Bump to this one. The delete-key still does not make sense. Please make it work the way you would expect from a text editor.
