- top 10 issues by week/dept
- major events alert.
- department specific reports.
- resolution status & time broken down by various metrics.
- bar graph by dept showing call volume.
- data on request {age,gender,phone entry, web entry, call entry}.
- trends & changing trends over various metrics
- spatial patterns of requests and resolutions or clustering
