This is a proposal to consider Cloud Custodian for CNCF incubation as having met incubation criteria.
We've grown to a community of 1.6K gitter users, 3.6k GitHub stars, and nearly 300 direct code contributors, maintainers from 5 different companies, and a long list of large-scale production users.
Please let me know if anything is missing or can be clarified further.
