Miscellanious Linux configurations and scripts to setup for running realtime applciations

These are scripts, programs and configuration settings that have proven useful when configuring a Linux system to run latency-sensitive applications. They were originally developed for use with the PREEMPT_RT variant of the kernel, but have been shown to help reduce latency issues on stock kernels as well.
