Fixing some setup bugs for upgraders and make installation a bit easier.

• Added: there's a small install guide inside the Workflow menu
• Fixed: Small playlists now appear correctly
• Fixed: Playlist cache correctly on first run (thanks, @chrsblck!)

NOTE: Initially a botched release (no dependencies), but the current attached download is fixed.
