This project aims to support people with the boxbreathing technique.
Box breathing is a powerful, yet simple, relaxation technique that aims to return breathing to its normal rhythm. This breathing exercise may help to clear the mind, relax the body, and improve focus.
The content can be deployed to any webserver without any further requirements.
The website uses HTML, CSS and vanilla JS.
Additionally, normalize.css is used. The used fonts are Bad Script and Roboto.
