Python module + web app to support file reading, upload, and visualization for SpaceApps 2020 COVID19 challenge. Module has some functionality for local testing/DB hosting but mainly viewed as local staging point before moving to more scalable cloud platform.

Web app is built on a pipeline supplied by the module and is meant to help with visualizing/conceptualizing DC impacts at more granular levels.
