A demo workflow for using tsqlt from within vs2012

To get up and running you will need to install NUnit from Nuget.

In Visual Studio, Select: Tools > Library Package Manage > Package Manager Console Then type in, Install-Package NUnit

Now build the project and run the unit tests. The first time you run the tests a new database called AgeCalculator_Test will be created.
