The colchicine data set is provided as a CSV file (colchicine.csv). This data set was used for the research article entitled Rational design of colchicine derivatives as anti-HIV agents via QSAR and molecular docking published in Medicinal Chemistry journal.

A large set of descriptors were computed using the DRAGON Molecukar Descriptor software and is provided as a CSV file (descriptors.csv).
