  • Enable passing transform kwarg to contour/countourf for skymap plots in cartopy
  • Use arviz code under the hood to handle boundaries in 2D KDEs via convolve2d w/ symmetrical boundaries
  • Allow weights to be passed to above arviz code

Needs cleaning up before leaving this fork...
