The plugin provides 3 scheduler tasks that allow to:
- automatically assign incoming tickets based on defined rotation schemes
- send out a report of open tickets to the workers
- automatically alert workers when tickets are not updated and close them
- Change directory to /cerb5/storage/plugins/
git clone git:https://github.com/cerb5-plugins/net.pixelinstrument.rotation_manager.git- In your helpdesk, enable the plugin from Setup->Features & Plugins.
- In Setup->Scheduler enable the required jobs.
