A fast and simple broadcasting spigot plugin! No extras attached

• broadcast-tag: prefix for broadcasting, can be null.
• send-to-console: sends a message to console
• delay: delay in seconds.
• deny-message-list-update: denies any editing of the list via Commands (even when Op)
• messages: List of messages.

• /zbroadcast - displays current info such as is it enabled or not.
• /zbroadcast info - same as top
• /zbroadcast help - if you dont know the commands listed here
• /zbroadcast list - message list in page increments of 5
• /zbroadcast reload - Reloads the plugin config (If you dont use a plugin manager)

• zyphinia.broadcast - provides access to /zbroadcast

Can use anything that uses maven. IntelliJ IDEA Preferred
