Summary
This PR introduces new color scheme generator in docs. New scheme generator allows setting Primary, Secondary, Tertiary and custom colors via
@material/material-color-utilitiesalgos.Closes #3549
Test plan
Tested manually comparing new themes with ones produced by old generator and ones from official https://m3.material.io/theme-builder#/custom.
Everything seems to be working as expected but would appreciate a second pair of 馃憖 .
