HighCharts:

• Main Data Table

• Data is retrieved as two arrays. One for expenditures and the other for revenues.

• These arrays are then assigned to the Highchart.

• Y axis is determined by the values in the array. Looks like through a min. LINE: 140

• X axis is determined by a start year and then specifying the increment.

• Sparkline Tables

• These tables are generated in a similar mannor. Noting that there is only one created and viewable at a time.

• All Fund's Table

• Data comes in with the following columns, "Fund,Appropriations,Expenditures,<Year>"
